Position Purpose:
Assist HR Director to identify, select, and recruit staff for vacant positions within the company.
Responsible for recruitment and social media marketing to help Fleet Repair Solutions share our career opportunities.
Help to promote brand awareness and share our story.
Develop, create, and maintain marketing campaigns and materials.
Communicate and liaise among the Company's leadership/employees, customers, and affiliates.
Essential Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Identify potential candidates.
Screen Candidates Reference and Background Checks Assist in creating and submitting job descriptions and postings.
Recruitment Activities Develop Retention Strategies Schedule Interviews Assisting with new hire onboarding and training.
Create and maintain all company marketing material.
Create and post on various social media platforms as well as update social media calendar.
Oversee event management system, reporting and social sharing of events.
Manage media campaigns, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads Campaigns.
Uniform Program maintenance All other duties as assigned Fleet Repair Solutions LLC strives to provide honest, timely and reliable services and sales across our multiple locations including Grantville, PA, Allentown, PA, Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX.

Education/Experience Requirements (one of the following):
Associate degree; or at least 2 years of similar related experience required.
Bachelors degree; or at least 1 year of similar related experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Responsibilities Flexibility o Ability to adjust and/or stray from regular work routine in order to accommodate customers' and FRS Officers' requests Communication:
o To effectively communicate and report progress to Officers, Directors, Managers and Employees of Fleet Repair Solutions, as well as, her customers, vendors and affiliates.
Computer Skills o Ability to operate Windows based programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher o Ability to operate Adobe Creative Cloud (i.
e.
Photoshop and Illustrator) Customer Service Standards o Ability to actively listen and meet or exceed customer expectations regarding quality and consistency of services and care Follow-Through o Ability to complete requirements/requests/projects/actions in a timely and effective way until completed o Follow-up on requirements/requests/projects/actions after completion to ensure success Dress and Grooming o Adhere to FRS dress and appearance standards approved by the Company President o Adhere to FRS grooming standards approved by the Company President Planning and Organizing o Ability to establish objectives for oneself and a team o Ability to organize and keep clean physical and electronic materials to maximize performance Problem Solving and Judgment o Ability to examine all possible problems by collecting evidence and weighing factual information o Ability to make decisions that maximize profitability, attitude, production and/or quality Driving/License o Ability to drive daily o Ability to drive day and night o Possess and maintain a current state issued driver's license o Maintain a clean driving record All traffic infractions, whether while working or not, must be reported within 72 hours directly to the HRO in writing Moral Standing o Possess and maintain a clean criminal record Exceptions may be granted only by the Company President All infractions, whether while working or not, must be reported within 72 hours directly to the HRO in writing Sense of Urgency o Ability to react quickly and appropriately to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Working Conditions Office area may include regular office noise (e.
